How do I contact your team?

To contact our team, please email us at  Owen@mispotlight.com We will try to get back within 24 hrs. Please be aware that emails may not be answered within 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday and holidays.

When will I receive my content?

In most cases, you will receive your edited content within a week of the completed video shoot. (Often much sooner) 

 

For new clients, there can be a delay (up to two weeks) as we better know your brand before the first video shoot. (This two-week delay is not always the case) 

How will I receive my content? 

You will receive all your content (uploaded to a Google Drive file) in a single delivery. 

I just need one piece of content. 

We do offer services for just a single video. In this case, you will be charged hourly (subtracted through retainer) Please be aware that it is neither time-efficient nor cost-efficient to create a single video. 

How do revisions work?

We are more than happy to revise any piece of content as long as the error was on our behalf.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept revision requests through phone or text message. 

Do you also post the content to our profiles?

Social media management is not included in the monthly & quarterly media packages. We do however offer separate social media management services at an hourly rate (subtracted from the retainer)

(Outside the scope) weekend projects. 

For any (outside the scope) work required on Saturday, Sunday, as well as Holidays, Spotlight charges time and a half subtracted from monthly retainer. 

What if I don’t use up my monthly retainer? 

Your retainer can carry over for up to three months. 

How do I cancel my monthly or quarterly plan? 

Please contact our team through email at  Owen@mispotlight.com (within two business days) of your next scheduled payment and we will ensure that you will not be charged for the next month.
